LHM Ltd undergoes planning and management for the following:


HOTEL MANAGEMENT

This service avails hospitality outfits of our professional experts in the day- to- day management of optimal returns on investment.
Variances in the terms and conditions governing each business agreement determine the management form. Basically,
it could be any of these periods.

Lease management:

LHM Limited takes possession of the property
(i.e. hotel, restaurant or related hospitality outfit for specified leaves rentals, tenor) and other mutually agreed
contractual terms throughout the lease period.













Contract management:

    Under this arrangement, property owner agree to pay LHM Ltd a stipulated scales of fees monthly while the latter is responsible for the day- to- day management. It is a management system involving the internal management team and LHM supervisory management as a support service.

    STAFF TRAINING (MANUAL OR COMPUTERISED)

    All new employees in hotel/restaurant or leisure centre need orientation training. Besides,
    on-the-job training follows from time to time.
    We can supervise your hotel/eatery personnel to advises you on the type of training needs of your staff
    mostly those dealing with Guest/customers at all times such as front of the house & kitchen in EATERY;
    F&B,Front office,house-keeping,laundry,kitchen in case of out-door catering services
